Responsibilities

- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
