Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain clean shopping environments
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process returns/exchanges
- Participate in store opening/closing routines as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
