Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure the store is always well-presented and fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
