Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by stocking merchandise and folding clothes.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be reordered.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
