Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and email, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to operating systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and technical details in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with account inquiries and feature questions.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a call center or IT environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote support roles.
- Ability to work occasional weekends or holidays as required by business volume.
