Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Analyze customer tickets and prioritize them based on urgency and impact.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to report bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product documentation and technical knowledge base updates.
- Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor with every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Previous customer service or technical helpdesk experience is highly desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
