Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package items, prepare shipping labels, and maintain organized storage areas.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
