- Process Incoming and Outgoing Shipments: Accurately receive, inspect, and prepare packages for delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and are properly labeled and packaged.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
