Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Assist with receiving shipments and stocking shelves efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends (optional overtime)
