Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (RF Scanners, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or quality issues.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
