Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to all shipping guidelines and speed targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse records.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
