We're seeking energetic Part-Time Warehouse Associates to support our distribution operations in Tampa. This role offers flexible scheduling (20-25 hours/week) with direct deposit every Friday. No nights or weekends required!
As a key member of our logistics team, you'll ensure accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and maintain a safe workspace. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and a supportive team culture focused on growth and recognition.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Tampa facility
