Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to ensure product availability.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment (certification provided upon hiring).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
