Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Pack and label products according to strict company standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Operate inventory scanning equipment to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
