Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on premium service delivery and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex customer issues efficiently using problem-solving skills and company resources.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or support roles (1+ years preferred).

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
