We are currently immediately hiring for high-volume weekend shifts at our flagship location in Downtown Miami. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and guide guests through our seasonal offerings with expertise.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve courses according to established service standards and timing.
- Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any needs immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining floor and service stations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
