Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and system architectures.
- Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI initiatives and guide the engineering team in execution.
- Model Optimization: Lead research and development to optimize deep learning models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
