Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Lead the design and development of proprietary AI models targeting breakthroughs in reasoning, planning, and generative capabilities.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, safety, and ethical AI standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and legal teams to translate complex theoretical research into deployable, production-grade software.
- Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate a high-performance research culture by mentoring junior researchers and conducting technical deep-dives.
- Publishing & Thought Leadership: Author and publish seminal papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish 2026 Technologies as an industry leader.
- Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in model inference latency and resource consumption for edge deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), distributed systems, and optimization algorithms.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in premier AI venues and a strong portfolio of patents or open-source contributions.
- AGI Knowledge: Strong understanding of current trends in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Multi-modal learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and high-level executives.
