Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to map 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for market entry and product evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments for 2026-2030 horizons
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems for early signals
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate innovation, consulting, or research foresight
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML tools for trend prediction and modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
