In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical computing and emerging quantum paradigms, designing architectures that support complex neural networks and high-frequency trading algorithms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and researchers to deploy cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for AI and Quantum computing environments.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into existing classical infrastructure pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale distributed systems to ensure sub-millisecond latency and high throughput.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, identifying trends that will impact the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and CUDA. Experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale engineering challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: A deep understanding of the trajectory of AI and Quantum technology leading up to 2026.
