- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Lead the integration of next-gen neural interfaces and quantum computing prototypes.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and bias mitigation in large models.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on rapid prototyping and deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture.
- Proven track record of leading teams in building Generative AI or LLM applications.
- Deep understanding of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LangChain architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong strategic vision with the ability to anticipate technological shifts up to 3 years in advance.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
