Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture design for complex, large-scale systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and design—to drive innovation and execute on strategic initiatives.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to evaluate their potential impact and integration into our existing ecosystem.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Oversee the technical debt reduction strategy and ensure code quality standards are met across the organization.
- Present technical proposals and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable solutions that can handle rapid growth and high concurrency.
