Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and assembly lines safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products according to blueprints and strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
