Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs on production machinery and facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures efficiently.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs and work orders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in training junior maintenance staff and apprentices when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or similar preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related trade.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and electrical systems.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
