Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for ML workloads
- Pioneer novel quantum error mitigation techniques for industrial-scale deployments
- Develop patent-pending quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise integration

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development with demonstrated publications
