Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-AI fusion architectures using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Lead development of error-corrected neural networks for quantum processors
- Optimize quantum circuit implementations for NISQ-era hardware constraints
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI hybrid accelerators
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers on quantum machine learning best practices
- Drive intellectual property strategy for quantum-AI innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (MS + 5yrs experience acceptable)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and variational quantum circuits
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI journals
