Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing frameworks integrated with AI/ML systems for 2026-scale applications
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization and simulation challenges
- Architect secure, fault-tolerant quantum networks with zero-knowledge encryption protocols
- Collaborate with research teams to translate theoretical quantum advantages into practical business solutions
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum AI adoption across healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Mentor engineers in quantum programming and quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Establish performance benchmarks and scalability metrics for quantum AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning applications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record deploying AI/ML systems at enterprise scale with 10M+ user impact
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI/ML at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Strong background in cybersecurity and quantum-resistant cryptography
