Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at cryogenic temperatures
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into production-ready cloud services
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing interfaces for legacy AI infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages like Q# and Qiskit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum machine learning algorithms with demonstrated publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IBM Q, IonQ)
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills with quantum libraries
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and GPU acceleration
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
