Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for real-world applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Lead quantum machine learning algorithm optimization for 10,000+ qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Publish 2-3 peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor junior researchers and patent novel quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
