Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI features and integrations
- Create governance protocols for AI transparency and accountability
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose mitigation strategies
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and policy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI development
- Deep understanding of machine learning bias mitigation techniques
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Experience with AI audit tools and bias detection methodologies
- Published work or recognized thought leadership in AI ethics
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
