Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum-AI integration
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and secure research funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
