Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits for fault-tolerant computation
- Create novel neural architectures exploiting quantum parallelism
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI integrated systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists, computer scientists, and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong background in complex systems optimization and high-performance computing
