Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy projects
- Translate theoretical models into scalable production systems
- Secure and publish research in IEEE Nature journals
- Advise on ethical implications of quantum AI deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Publication record in quantum or AI research
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical research initiatives
