Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional research projects in quantum cryptography and AI ethics
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial prototypes
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum toolkit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier AI/quantum journals (e.g., Nature Quantum Information)
- Expertise in at least one classical ML framework (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Proven ability to translate complex theories into practical implementations
