Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, Shor's algorithm)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Track record of securing government or industry research funding
