Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical AI systems leveraging 100+ qubit processors
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum machine learning pipelines
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-time industrial applications
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Author patents for novel quantum AI methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum cloud platforms
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors or photonic systems
- Strong background in theoretical computer science and complexity theory
