Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum algorithm optimization and error correction protocols
- Develop proprietary frameworks for real-time quantum machine learning model training and inference
- Architect secure quantum communication networks resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Translate theoretical quantum computing principles into deployable enterprise solutions
- Establish industry standards for quantum-AI integration and ethical deployment frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and machine learning convergence
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum error correction
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals (Nature Physics, PRL, etc.)
- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing environments
