Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI fusion systems solving complex optimization problems in logistics, drug discovery, and climate modeling
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into production-ready implementations using Q# and TensorFlow Quantum
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI hybrid methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum summits and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and variational quantum algorithms
- Mastery of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI integration
- Experience leading projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST IR 8100)
