Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures with >1000 qubit capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain systems
- Partner with hardware teams to advance quantum chip fabrication techniques
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and dilution refrigerators
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Track record of securing >$10M in quantum computing R&D funding
