Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography, AI, and materials science
- Develop quantum error correction protocols targeting 2026 commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and superconducting qubit platforms
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory to practical implementations
- Strong background in cybersecurity and cryptographic protocols
