Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for real-world problem-solving

- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and error correction protocols
- Drive quantum security standards and post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and best practices

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction techniques
- Proven experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
