Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits for cryptography optimization and quantum simulation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical high-performance computing clusters
- Conduct fault-tolerance analysis and error mitigation strategies for 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate architectures
- Author technical whitepapers and contribute to quantum computing standards bodies
- Lead quantum security audits for enterprise clients adopting quantum-resistant solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological quantum computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion systems
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
