- Establish quantum security frameworks post-quantum cryptography standards

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compiler optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
