Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Develop quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning
- Drive patent innovation in quantum communication and distributed quantum computing
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
- Present breakthroughs at international quantum technology symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
