Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit stability and coherence
- Create quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic computing systems
- Strong background in Python, C++, and low-level optimization
- Track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
