Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with <0.1% error rates
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions into classical workflows
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for financial systems
- Optimize quantum circuits for specific hardware constraints (superconducting, photonic)
- Research and implement error correction codes for logical qubits
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
