Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.9% qubit stability
- Create hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for cloud platforms
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical discovery simulations
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum machine learning implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit connectivity and coherence enhancement
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design using Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC) and quantum simulators
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into scalable engineering solutions
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum-resistant cryptography)
