Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Lead implementation of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into ML pipelines
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in cryptography or quantum-resistant security
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams in emerging tech domains
