Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical software interfaces using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery and climate modeling
- Establish industry standards for quantum computing safety and ethics

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 8 years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and topological qubit manipulation
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, QML)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems
