Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Lead development of error correction algorithms targeting 99.9% fidelity
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity
- Design hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and lead patent filings
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Drive quantum security protocols for financial and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
- Publication record in high-impact journals (h-index >15)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants or venture capital
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., IBM Qiskit Professional)
